Great post...shows how many shite strikers we've had over the years.
Probebly Carroll & Sakho have scored over 10 goals on there, Vaz Te was good value at £500k.
Lacazette scored in Champs League last night, got no hope in hell in signing him now, given our current plight.

The OP is a sad read.
Hopefully they sign better strikers in the future!

Mallard...
Forgot about that, he was Charltons.
Freddie Sears? He scored a couple but nothing crazy.

We didn't actually produce Defoe - poached him off Charlton.
So that makes that stat even more frightening - probably Cottee was the last !!

What I find odd is we seemed to invest cash in the championship but not in the Top Flight
Most of whos played for us in the Prem have been on loan.
Of that list I had high hopes for Baldock.
Another concern is & someone correct me if Im wrong weve not produced a home grown striker for sometime as from Dylan Tombides bless him, Defoe the last?

Half that list aren't even strikers, yes our striker situation is a joke but there's no story here, cheap or old strikers do not generally return many goals, simple formula really. Sakho is a massive exception as was Ba. The rest are shit. We never paid 12 for Valencia, I'm not having it.

Why is Eminike on 2 but Moses only on 1?
Both scored in the Blackburn cup game. Moses also scored at Man City away.

You forgot Falcao
Burnley and Southampton seem to have a good record with strikers in recent memory if we want to look closer to home
